Accessibility Statement
We want Ferrari World Tickets to work for everyone. Tell us if you need help using the site.
Last updated: 2 October 2026
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to choose and book park passes with us, regardless of ability or the technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and continually improve the experience for assistive-technology users. This statement covers our ticket website, not accessibility at the parks.
What we do
- Semantic, keyboard-navigable pages with visible focus states.
- Meaningful text alternatives for images and icons.
- Colour contrast and scalable text that respects your browser and device settings.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences across animations.
- Forms with clear labels and error messages.
Known limitations
Some third-party content (such as embedded maps, payment widgets and media) may not fully meet our standards. Where we identify barriers, we work to provide an accessible alternative or fix the issue.
Feedback & help
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information in a different format, email admin@betheguests.com and tell us the page and the problem. We aim to respond within 5 working days and will help you complete your booking by another means if needed.
Ongoing improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review new features for accessibility and update this statement as our service evolves.
